No not necessarily, but if you are looking for peace of mind for the training you are accessing, then you at least know that the accredited training provider is held to certain accreditation standards.

You should identify the actual need and then speak to us to put the most effective training solution together for you.

It will largely depend on your availability and needs. In-person allows you actual personal contact with the trainer but is limited to specific times of training, whereas online allows you the freedom of doing the course in your own time and in your own space. Online does however not have the level of trainer contact that in-person does.

You can do either – the entire qualification at once or just portions, called skills programmes or short courses, and still achieve the entire qualification even through RPL.

RPL stands for Recognition of Prior Learning and is a process by which you can achieve the necessary credits and recognition for accredited training due to your years of practical experience. Your experience and expertise from the past is matched to the qualification or short course requirements ad if they match you can receive recognition for the course without having to the training.

Assessment is a method of determining whether you actually learnt what you were taught. It is however not necessary to assess every course offered unless the course is an accredited course which then requires assessment.
